As a small business owner, hiring a new employee is always a little intimidating. It's a significant financial commitment, and there's always some uncertainty when you're investing in someone new. The OJT program helped relieve some of that stress by offsetting the cost of training, allowing us to focus on helping our new employee learn and become a valuable member of our team. We're incredibly thankful for the support the program provided. It gave us the opportunity to invest in an employee who has become an important part of our business.
